Your use of the Platform's services constitutes your full acknowledgment and agreement to accept the Terms and Conditions set forth herein, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services, and these Terms supersede any prior agreements or arrangements concluded between the Platform and the User. a. The Platform is committed to ensuring the protection of your privacy and the security of your data. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom regarding the processing of personal data and internet users' data, to ensure the protection of users' rights and the confidentiality of their information.

ALMUKALLAF AI is a platform for providing instant consultation services to companies and institutions in the fields of Zakat, Tax, and Customs using artificial intelligence, with the ability to communicate directly with specialized and licensed lawyers, in addition to managing cases before competent committees related to these fields, including litigation and defense of companies and institutions.

b. ALMUKALLAF AI shall not be liable under any circumstances for any failures inherent in the nature of the Internet, or in access, or any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its control due to force majeure or an unintentional cause.

c. Your access to and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to comply with these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

d. ALMUKALLAF AI has the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for the website or any current and future services without prior notice or warning, including the subscription program and services provided. We are not required to contact, inform, or notify you of any changes made to the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Platform's website and services constitutes your explicit consent to the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of your use. You can access the latest version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on the website. If you do not accept the amendments, you must stop using this Service and notify us. Continued use of this Service implies your implicit agreement to comply with the amended Terms and Conditions.

e. ALMUKALLAF AI may terminate these Terms or any services related to you immediately, or generally suspend the offering of Services or prevent access to them or any part thereof at any time in case of violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

f. Password: You bear full responsibility for all activities and damages that may result from poor management of passwords and failure to maintain their confidentiality. If any unauthorized access or what you believe to be a breach of website security occurs, you must notify us directly. We will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from failure to maintain password confidentiality. Account Information: You agree to keep your account information always updated, including the company's commercial registry, tax registry, and national address.

g. The registered user (companies or institutions) on the Platform undertakes that only they use the account through their representative(s), and are responsible for everything that occurs through their account. It is not permitted for more than one user to use a single account on the Platform.

h. If it is proven that the actual user of ALMUKALLAF AI has allowed another user to use the Platform, the user is obligated to pay the subscription fee for the period during which the other user used the Platform, with the actual user's account suspended if the Platform deems appropriate.

i. ALMUKALLAF AI has the right to impose restrictions on some Platform features or documents for security and regulatory considerations.

j. The advanced AI-powered chat model on ALMUKALLAF AI is provided to assist users in answering legal questions based on regulatory texts and sources available in the Platform's database. However, all responses provided by the model are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice under any circumstances.

k. ALMUKALLAF AI and its operators do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of responses from the AI model for any specific legal matter. The user alone bears responsibility for using the information provided through the model.

l. The subscription value does not include VAT, or any taxes or fees established by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

m. In case of any conflict or ambiguity between the Arabic version and any translated version of any document on or through the Platform, the Arabic texts are the adopted reference. Arabic is the official and primary language for all matters related to this document and its interpretation. The Platform disclaims responsibility for errors or misinterpretation in translations provided by AI or the team, and the user bears responsibility for ensuring the suitability of translations.

n. The user must, before subscribing, visit the packages page and ensure that the package matches their needs in terms of content.

o. The Platform bears no responsibility for any action taken or refrained from based on the model's responses.

p. The user commits to preserving all intellectual property rights of all Platform content, including but not limited to the following:

q. Rights of software used in building the Platform, software used in displaying Platform content to users, and other software used on the Platform, pursuant to paragraph eleven of Article Two of the Copyright Protection Law.

r. Rights of documents written by the Platform's working team.

s. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from the subscription to the Platform shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom, and venue jurisdiction shall be established in the competent courts in the city of Riyadh.
